Aspen, CO (March 17, 2020) – A heartbreaking motor vehicle accident Sunday afternoon sadly resulted in fatal injuries in the ski resort town.
According to reports, On March 15, just before 12:30 p.m., an SUV was traveling along the roadway. As the driver made a left turn around a corner, it struck a 5-year-old girl in the roadway.
The driver remained at the scene.
Authorities arrived and sadly declared the victim deceased at the scene.
The police are currently investigating.
