Aurora, CO (March 11, 2020) – A horrific motor vehicle accident on Tuesday claimed one victim’s life. On March 10, at around 1:15 p.m., emergency crews were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles on East Quincy Avenue.
Reports indicate that a motorcycle and a sedan collided along the roadway, at the intersection with South Pitkin Street, after the sedan failed to yield the right of way while making a left turn.
The motorcycle crashed into the passenger side of the sedan, ejecting the rider.
The victim suffered fatal injuries in the collision.
The driver of the sedan, who was uninjured, remained at the scene.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
