Colorado Springs, CO (December 17, 2019) – A major motor vehicle accident on Interstate 25 sent six victims to area hospitals with injuries.
On December 15, at approximately 10:30 a.m., the Colorado Springs Police and Fire Departments responded to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident on Interstate 25.
According to reports, two vehicles collided along the roadway, for unknown reasons, near the exit for West Cimarron Street. The impact of the collision left one vehicle with extensive damage. The second vehicle involved caught on fire.
Sadly, six people involved in this collision were injured. All six victims were transported to area hospitals with various injuries.
At this time, the Colorado Springs Police Department is investigating.
