Colorado Springs, CO (December 16, 2019) – A pedestrian accident Friday evening left one girl seriously injured on Platte Avenue.
According to reports, around 6:25 p.m., on December 13, a juvenile female was walking across the roadway, between Wahsatch Avenue and Weber Street, when she was struck by a pickup truck.
The girl incurred serious injuries and was transported to an area hospital.
The driver of the truck remained at the scene and cooperated with law enforcement. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
