Denver, CO (January 2, 2020) – A pedestrian sustained serious bodily injuries in a motor vehicle accident on West 10th Avenue on Tuesday.
On December 31, just before 8 p.m., authorities were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on West Tenth Avenue.
Reports from police indicate that a male pedestrian was attempting to cross the roadway near North Newton Street when he was struck by a motor vehicle. The driver of the vehicle then fled the scene without stopping to render aid.
The adult male pedestrian sustained serious injuries and was rushed to an area hospital for treatment.
At this time, police are investigating.
