Erie, CO (January 8, 2020) – A three-vehicle collision on the Erie Parkway on Tuesday left one person with serious injuries.
On January 7, the Erie Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on the Erie Parkway.
Reports indicate that a trash truck collided with two other vehicles along the roadway between Interstate 25 and Weld County Road 5. The impact of the collision caused the trash truck to roll over, spreading debris across the road.
One person involved in this collision sustained serious injuries and was rushed to an area hospital for treatment.
At this time, police are investigating.
