Fort Collins, CO (November 26, 2019) – A pedestrian accident involving a train left one female victim seriously injured.
On November 15, just after 3 p.m., authorities responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on West Mulberry Street. According to reports, a 72-year-old woman was attempting to cross over the train tracks near the intersection of South Mason Street when the train began to move.
The woman was struck by the train, causing serious injuries.
The injured woman was rushed to an area hospital for treatment.
Authorities continue to investigate.
