Greenwood Village, CO (April 1, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident early Tuesday resulted in extensive delays and road blockages. On March 30, the Colorado State Patrol responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in Greenwood Village.
Reports indicate that at around 9 a.m., a motor vehicle accident occurred in the southbound lanes of Interstate 25. The incident resulted in a complete block to all southbound lanes near exit 199 for Belleview Avenue.
Crews spent extensive time clearing the scene. Victims injured in this collision were rendered aid at the scene and transported to area hospitals for further treatment.
At this time, the CSP is investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
