Longmont, CO (December 2, 2019) – The victim killed in a collision on US Highway 287 has been identified by police.
Just after 11:15 a.m., on November 27, authorities responded to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident on US Highway 287. Reports from authorities indicate that a Ford pickup truck and a Mercedes-Benz collided along the roadway.
One person inside the Mercedes incurred fatal injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.
Authorities later identified the victim as 71-year-old Thomas Busby.
At this time, police are investigating.
