Platteville, CO (December 5, 2019) – A devastating head-on collision on Colorado Highway 66 claimed two peoples’ lives on Wednesday.
At approximately 6:10 a.m., on December 4, authorities reported to the scene of a motor vehicle collision on Highway 66.
According to reports, a 2008 Jeep and a 2014 Ford pickup truck collided on a bridge over the St. Vrain River near Highway 66 and Weld County Road.
Unfortunately, two individuals involved in this collision lost their lives.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
