Pueblo, CO (January 29, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident on Tuesday claimed one person’s life and one injured.
On January 28, authorities in Pueblo responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 25. Reports indicate that a Buick SUV and a Volkswagen collided along the roadway.
The impact of the collision sent the Buick off the roadway where it caught fire down an embankment.
The driver of the Volkswagen suffered fatal injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.
The driver of the Buick, who was identified as Regina Tarrow, was ejected from her vehicle. Tarrow was rushed to an area hospital and subsequently flown to a trauma center in Denver.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
