Rio Blanco, CO (February 25, 2020) – A devastating fire incident Saturday night claimed the lives of two victims.
On February 22, the Rio Blanco Sheriff’s Office was called to the scene of a fire incident on County Road 14. Reports indicate that a horrific fire broke out and engulfed one of the cabins located on the road. Two people were trapped inside the cabin and suffered fatal injuries.
Two other victims were able to get out of the fire and call for emergency assistance.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
