Thornton, CO (February 25, 2020) – A pedestrian accident Saturday sadly claimed one victim’s life.
On February 22, at around 2:07 a.m., emergency crews were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Colorado Boulevard. Reports indicate that a pedestrian was struck by a white GMC SUV near the intersection with East 115th Avenue.
Unfortunately, the victim suffered fatal injuries in the collision and was declared deceased.
The driver of the vehicle fled the scene without stopping to render aid. Police are currently investigating.
