Weld County, CO (March 10, 2020) – A devastating motor vehicle accident claimed the life of one victim on Monday. Just before 8 p.m., on March 9, authorities were called to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in Interstate 25.
Reports indicate that a pedestrian was walking along the southbound side of Interstate 25 when they were struck by a motor vehicle near the Wyoming border.
The victim suffered fatal injuries in the collision. Sadly, authorities responded to the scene and declared the victim deceased.
The Colorado State Patrol is currently conducting an investigation to determine what lead up to the fatal collision.
